But life wasn’t always like this. As a young child I was always on the heavier side. I was that child that was made fun of for being FAT. I was bullied for many years as a result of being overweight. I grew up never thinking I was ever good enough. I was always the fat kid. Or if anyone ever felt that they needed to hurt me they would attack my weight. I would be called fat, ugly, stupid. I would go to a birthday party and I wouldn’t eat the cake because I felt that I had to lose weight. Or I got made fun of because I would eat a lot. 

As I got older I really had to work at keeping the weight off. I struggled with my eating. I loved pizza, chips and chocolate. I always used food as comfort. I remember my brother looking at my stomach and saying “is that your stomach?” I felt defeated, and I wanted to cry. By him saying that to me it made me want to eat even more. It made me feel like I wasn’t good enough yet again. 

This is something that I’ve struggled with my entire life. It’s never been easy and most people who look at me now would never know that I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. 

I started to work really hard on my health as I was no longer as active as when I was younger and I had developed plantar fasciitis. I knew there had to be a way to achieve the goals that I had. So I started with a plan and worked on the plan that I had. Since then I’ve gone up and down but have maintained my overall health. And over the last 10 years I’ve been helping people just like you to change their bodies and achieve optimal health. 

But there was something missing with the people that I was working with. There was something deeper that I couldn’t figure out. The people would come in and get amazing results. But when they left they would gain everything back. 

Then I found hypnosis for weight loss. In the first two months I dropped 20lbs. Since then I’ve been helping people just like you to do the same. Weight loss to me is 80% mental and 20% physical. What would it feel like to achieve even better results in an easy and stress free way?
